Isolp has designed insulating systems, which guarantee a perfect soundproofing for industrial plants and machineries. In this way, it allows to comply with the law parameters. According to the intensity and kind of noise, Isolp chooses the width, the high-intensity material and the specific way of action for every situation, in order to reduce the noise impact and to achieve the best performance. Depending on the type of machinery, Isolp has designed different solutions: rigid soundproof panels assembled on a bearing structure, modular structures, sound-absorbing coats that perfectly wrap the machinery.

Materials

The most peculiar aspect of our panel is the variable density of the internal material. It is unique and it enhances the acoustic soundproofing by means of a selective assimilation of different sequences. Nevertheless, it is really light, space-saving and it has not a large thickness. Moreover, the material insulates also low frequencies, which are the most difficult to buffer. It is made of a single material polyester, so it is eco-friendly, 100% recyclable. Also the other components are made of a single material that can be plastic, gum, aluminum and metal and they are easy to disassemble.

Sound-absorbing modular panel for acoustic and thermal insulation

Isol-Ak panel is usually used in industrial environments with high level of noise. It allows an optimal acoustic insulation (20/25 dB)*, a thermal insulation and a high strength of materials.
It is made of:

  • An external shell made of natural aluminum 20/10, which has been fringed and welded at the four corners;
  • An internal multilayer of 50 mm, which is composed by:
    • Polyester fiber: thermo-bonded, grey, density 60 kg/m3, fire resistance class 1, limit temperature -40/+150°C , thermal conduction coefficient 0,037 W/m/°C/K, sound absorption coefficient HZ125/024-250/052-1000/092-4000/086;
    • Charged rubber: density 8Kg/m2, fire resistance class 1, non-toxic, anti-drip, limit temperature -40/+150°C.
    The multilayer perfectly sticks to the shell, by means of a water-based adhesive film and a network of diamond sheet metal (90% perforated 10% sheet steel) for the containment. This internal structure does not release dangerous fibers or dusts. Furthermore, it can be used with a black TNT fabric and thanks to a special processing it becomes waterproof both to viscous liquids and water.

Isol AK panel can be laid directly on the machinery or by means of an aluminum frame 50x50*. It can be disassembled thanks to clips, joints, fixing screws. The frame will be the backbone for the panels. The triple seal made of EPDM rubber allows an airtight sealing between panel-structure-panel.

The dimensions of the panels are realized according to the clients’ directions. The panels and the structure are equipped with adjustable bar-handles and clamping clips made of steel. These elements enable an easy assembly and reassembly, which can be carried out by a single person without using any tool. The sequence of disassembly of the panels is determined according to the needs of routine and extraordinary maintenance for every client.

At the client’s discretion, the following options are available:

  • Powder coating of the whole product
  • Access doors with adjustable aluminum hinges and locking handles with keyhole
  • Portholes inside the panels for visual check (manometers, switches...). They are made of double-wall polycarbonate with insulating inner-tube and with round, quandrangular or rectangular shape.

Sound-absorbing coat for acoustic and thermal insulation

Isol-J coat is used for the acoustic and thermal insulation of fans, air/fumes ducts, noisy machineries in general. It allows an optimal acoustic insulation (15 dB on average*) and strength at until 150°C*. According to the noise intensity of the machinery, it can be joint different sound-absorbing and sound-insulating materials with various thicknesses.
It is made of:

  • An external part made of glass fabric with Kevlar seamless and backup aesthetic border
  • An internal multilayer of 30 mm, which is composed by:
    • Polyester fiber: thermo-bonded, grey, density 60 kg/m3, fire resistance class 1, limit temperature -40/+150°C , thermal conduction coefficient 0,037 W/m/°C/K, sound absorption coefficient HZ125/024-250/052-1000/092-4000/086;
    • Charged rubber density 8Kg/m2, fire resistance class 1, non-toxic, anti-drip, limit temperature -40/+150°C.
    This internal structure does not release dangerous fibers or dusts.

The coat is specifically designed for every machinery in order to have a perfect adherence and an optimal acoustic and thermal performance. It can be assembled with more sections and held in place thanks to velcro, snap buttons or magnets. Thanks to this kind of fastening, no mooring is necessary.

Sound-absorbing coat for acoustic and thermal insulation for high temperatures.

Isol-J HT coat is realized with the same technology of Isol-J, but it has been designed for high temperatures. Isol-J coat is used for the acoustic and thermal insulation of fans, air/fumes ducts, noisy machineries in general. It allows an optimal acoustic insulation (15 dB* on average) and strength at until 300°C*. According to the noise intensity of the machinery, it can be joint different sound-absorbing and sound-insulating materials with various thicknesses.
It is made of:

  • An external part made of glass fabric with silicone, polyurethane or Teflon coating and backup aesthetic border. The external cover has an excellent strength of materials.
  • An internal multilayer of 30 mm, which is composed by:
    • Polyester fiber thermo-bonded, grey, density 60 kg/m3, fire resistance class 1, limit temperature -40/+150°C , thermal conduction coefficient 0,037 W/m/°C/K, sound absorption coefficient HZ125/024-250/052-1000/092-4000/086;
    • Charged rubber density 8Kg/m2, fire resistance class 1, non-toxic, anti-drip, limit temperature -40/+150°C.
