ISOL HT Blanket
The ISOL HT blanket is a high-temperature thermal insulation jacket resistant up to 1000°C and providing fire protection. Developed by Isolp S.r.l., this technology significantly reduces heat loss while maintaining stable operating temperatures.
Commonly used on valves as an alternative to traditional rigid aluminum cladding, ISOL HT ensures excellent handling during installation and removal, thanks to customized fastening systems such as Velcro, snap fasteners, or springs, designed according to specific application needs.
Fire-resistant technical fabrics and insulating materials are selected based on operating conditions, allowing the creation of fully customized, high-quality solutions that ensure durable, long-term performance.
ISOL LT Blanket
The ISOL LT blanket is a flexible insulation solution designed for thermal insulation applications with temperatures up to +120°C, featuring an external layer of fire-resistant silicone fabrics and an internal polyester insulation core. Developed by Isolp S.r.l., it represents a practical and high-performance alternative to traditional rigid insulation systems, offering both thermal protection and ease of handling.
Thanks to the use of certified fire-resistant technical fabrics and insulating materials selected according to specific requirements, ISOL LT reduces heat loss and maintains stable temperatures at critical system points such as valves, flanges, and mechanical components.
Like the HT model, ISOL LT is equipped with custom-designed quick fastening systems, enabling easy installation and removal and significantly simplifying maintenance operations. Project-specific customization ensures an efficient, durable solution perfectly adapted to the geometry of the system.
