The Isolp Acoustic Curtain represents a revolutionary solution for noise reduction in industrial and construction environments. Designed to overcome the limitations of traditional technologies, it combines a multilayer core (minimum thickness 30 mm) made of thermally bonded polyester and loaded rubber, delivering excellent sound-absorbing and sound-insulating properties.

The outer layer consists of thermally welded PVC fabric, with the option of a micro-perforated noise-facing side for enhanced acoustic attenuation. Its flexible and adaptable design makes it ideal for environments with complex geometries or challenging weather conditions.

Easy to install and long-lasting, it does not degrade or release harmful dust, ensuring maximum acoustic efficiency and safety. A custom-engineered solution to effectively silence noise while improving working environments—without compromise.

ISOL J HT acoustic blankets are designed to reduce noise generated by industrial components such as fans, flanged connections, and valves. Thanks to their multilayer structure and premium materials, they provide an effective and durable solution for improving the acoustic performance of industrial systems, achieving significant noise reduction (average 15 dB*) and resistance to temperatures up to 550°C.

Manufactured entirely with a multilayer structure (minimum thickness 30 mm) of polyester and loaded rubber, these blankets offer high sound absorption and vibration damping, significantly reducing noise transmission from equipment.

The external polyurethane coating protects the blanket from abrasion, moisture, chemical agents, and harsh environmental conditions, ensuring mechanical strength and long-term durability. All components are assembled and stitched using ST300 PTFE-coated fiberglass thread, with double stitching and anti-fray bias finishing.

Each jacket is individually designed and manufactured by geometrically modeling it on the specific machine, ensuring perfect fit and optimal acoustic and thermal performance. It can be produced in multiple sections and secured using snap fasteners, springs, Velcro, or hooks, without the need for additional anchoring systems.
